Description
Planning and forecasting of sales volume in assigned store. Full custodianship over the stocks in the store including shelves, supplies, forms and other assets. Monitors and documents inventory movement as sale, disposal of BO, provide with approval from manager. Conducts month – end inventory of at the stores and prepare month end reports.Physically counts manual accountable forms with signature
Counts available stocks, matches it with previous day's stock count sheet and report discrepancies, if any
Monitors aging stocks
Issues correct stocks and assigns to specialist via MTPOS
Updates the team on status of inventory items
Ensures sufficient inventory stock level to avoid stock out
Coordinates with other custodians to source out customers' required stocks
Follows the FIFO (first in, first out) policy when getting/assigning stocks
Updates SIR upon every issuance of stocks to specialists
