Key Job Responsibilities

• Play a key role in planning and executing weekly and high‑volume events Middle Mile Forecast publication ensuring we deliver a plan which optimizes for CX metrics (Speed, Cost, DEA).
• Play a pivotal role in the planning & Tech teams’ relationship to ensure we have a strong grip over the volume forecast signal and understanding from Tech how it can improve.
• Deep dive and understand forecast accuracy misses trends and work with Tech to rollout a fox plan.
• Lead the roadmap of forecast signal improvements based on clear accuracy target, along with the Tech Teams.
