Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Inventory Control Supervisor - Inventory Operations Manager (E-commerce | Shopee | Lazada | TikTok Shop) to oversee stock movement, inventory accuracy, replenishment planning, and warehouse coordination for our fast-paced e-commerce operations. The role is responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring smooth stock flow across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy

• Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving items for proper stock planning

• Supervise inventory audits, stock adjustments, and discrepancy investigations

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Fulfillment, and Purchasing teams
