Inventory & Operations Manager

The Inventory & Operations Manager will own end-to-end inventory visibility, PO coordination, and supply chain execution across our clients' key sales channels and fulfillment network. This person will ensure inventory is planned, ordered, tracked, received, and allocated correctly across DTC, B2B, Walmart, and two fulfillment centers.

This role sits at the center of operations, working closely with internal teams, fulfillment partners, and channel partners to keep inventory moving on schedule and prevent stockouts, overstock issues, shipment delays, and communication gaps. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing detailed operating processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
