Inventory Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory levels ensuring optimal stock availability to meet operational demands and minimize storage costs.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software and tools for accuracy.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures including stock rotation (FIFO) and cycle counting.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics such as inventory turnover, carrying costs, and shrinkage to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Work schedule: 6 days a week, 9 working hours per day, 25 working days leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience in inventory management work related to engineering field.
• Knowledge in Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics or ERP inventory management module.
