Inventory Controller - Luxury Lodge, Multi-Dept

HotelJobs is seeking an Inventory Controller for a luxury 5* game lodge in Sabi Sand. You will oversee end-to-end stock processes, safeguard inventory integrity, and coordinate across Beverage, Housekeeping, Galleries, Kitchen, Spa, and more.

You will lead cycle counts, ensure SOP compliance, and ensure accurate month-end reporting. The role requires 2–4 years in hospitality inventory, strong analytical skills, and experience with MyStock/MyInventory and POS systems.
