- The Inventory Control & Quality Inspector is a dual role working on the Telular SkyBitz Fleet line. This role is important in ensuring production line is fully stocked, running in a lean manner and producing at a high quality level.
- Roles and Responsibilities of Water Spider / Quality Inspector:
- Take various materials, parts and assemblies from a warehouse or staging location to production.
- Prepare those materials for proper use.
- Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Replenish materials and tools as needed or if found defective.
- Manage kanbans.
- Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
