Inventory Control Executive

To provide accurate and timely data entry support for all store and inventory transactions related to Earth Retaining Systems (ERSS) materials, equipment, tools, and project resources, ensuring proper inventory control and record management.

• Perform daily data entry of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments into the ERP/inventory management system.
• Maintain accurate records of ERSS materials, including steel struts, walers, sheet piles, beams, equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Verify and process Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Forms, and other inventory documents.
• Update inventory movement records for project sites and store locations.
• Assist in tracking material allocation, return of materials, and equipment utilization across projects.
