Inventory and Logistics Manager

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Inventory and Logistics Manager (Shipping and Receiving Supervisor) is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of a busy Shipping and Receiving department, ensuring that items are shipped, received and put away efficiently and accurately. The Supervisor will motivate and lead a team of Shippers, Receivers, Material Handlers and Inventory Control staff to support the material requirements of a manufacturer of heavy equipment dedicated to the rugged and challenging terrain of the forestry industry. To excel in this role, the Supervisor must have effective communication skills and an ability and willingness to mediate difficult interpersonal situations, fostering strong team dynamics.
