Inventory Analyst – Fuel

Responsible for the daily balancing of inventory at Sunoco’s retail, cardlock, and commercial locations within an assigned region, ensuring recorded inventory matches physical inventory and that monthly reconciliations are completed in accordance with company policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Inventory accounting and reconciliation.
• Weighted Average Cost (WAC) analysis.
• Manage all aspects of inventory accounting, including recording transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Perform daily inventory balancing between JDE system calculated inventory and physical inventory measured at each location.
• Analyze daily inventory imbalances, investigate root causes, and take corrective actions to ensure accuracy in JDE and surrounding systems.
