Service description:

•End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune

•L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)

•Bug analysis/fixes

•Feature development when necessary

•Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity

Deliverables:

•App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup

•Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets

•Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics

•Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured
