Job Summary

The Interventional Account Manager (Surgery) will drive sales and market share growth for Becton Dickinson's surgical interventional portfolio within a defined territory. This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our innovative surgical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and market share objectives for the interventional surgery product line.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans for key hospitals, surgical centers, and integrated delivery networks.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with surgeons, nurses, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
