Reporting to the Child and Family Services (CFS) Director, the CFS Intervention Supervisor will oversee foster care, intake and assessment, and assist staff with case planning, management of agreements, court work, and permanency planning. The CFS Intervention Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of services in accordance with the Child and Youth Family Enhancement Act.

This individual will have a passion and commitment to children's services. This role requires an individual with well‑developed interpersonal and supervisory skills, time management and good organizational skills, strong character and the ability to work with children, adolescents and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver leadership, training, support, and direction to casework staff to deliver quality services under the Child, Youth, and Family Enhancement Act.
