Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:
Corrective maintenance and upgrade tracking
Internal and customer communication for fault management and resolution
Participation in team planning
Incident tracking
Liaison with factories and external suppliers
Quality team support
