Internship: Software engineer
We are looking to bring on board an intern who is eager to learn and develop their career within the People field, actively contributing to talent attraction, recruitment, and development processes in a dynamic, innovative, and technology-driven environment.
What challenge will you be taking on?
- Recruitment processes: collaboration in definition and publication of job offers, CV screening, phone and in-person competency-based interviews, coordination with managers and business teams to support decision-making.
- Follow-up and development of interns: supporting follow-up meetings, end‑of‑internship evaluations, identifying initiatives to enhance experience and professional growth.
