Roche RCC Coordinator

As an RCC Coordinator, you will support the Roche Career Center with operational activities, including setting up and facilitating events, developing process descriptions, owning processes, maintaining customer engagement, and managing communications such as promotional materials and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate workshops and networking events.
• Onboard and train new volunteers.
• Keep the volunteer community informed, engaged, and motivated through newsletters and website updates.
• Gather customer feedback, evaluate statistics, and support communication of regular data updates.
• Organize, set up, and run various workshops.
• Engage with the community and manage stakeholder relationships.
