You will support the I2M (Idea to Market) Excellence Leader in streamlining and enhancing our internal operations, ensuring our processes are more streamlined and effective. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and setting up a competency training plan, playing a crucial role in its execution to further enhance the skills and expertise within our team

+ Organize and manage training calendar, webinars, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligns with our strategic objectives.
