We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Intern or recent graduate to join our Onboarding team in merchant onboarding, system configuration, and operational support.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Assist in onboarding new merchants by configuring menus, products, and settings within the POS system.
- Support merchant applications and third-party integrations.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure accurate and timely merchant activation.
- Create, update, and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic POS system issues under the guidance of senior team members.
