Qualifications
1. Departmental tasks:
- Housekeeping for current PANF and prepare tracking list
- Update name + photo of newcomers for org chart
- Raise SO and issue invoice
- Control stationery/accessory list and report (keep eyes on inventory and issue replenished order if needed)
- Contract signing/sending/following up and recording
- Posting department announcement/new guideline into dept platform
- Get access card for guests
- Book hotel for VIPs
- Support workshop, events, lunch, dinner
- Other assigned (if any)
2. Personal assistant for HoD tasks:
- Receive invoice for travel and non-travel expense of HoD, proceed claim in system and follow up with HRS9
- Support HoD with some daily life activities
- Support to plan leisure trip for HoD and family
- Other supports (if any)
