As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the internship program at Robert Bosch and Bosch Home Comfort in Belgium.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive the Recruitment Process: You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all internship positions—from crafting engaging job descriptions to actively sourcing, screening, and connecting with the next wave of talent.
Champion the Intern Experience: Act as the dedicated HR Business Partner for our interns. You'll be their go-to person, fostering clear communication with mentors and providing support for all HR-related inquiries to ensure they have a valuable experience.
