Step into an impactful internship at CSD as a Clinical Leader Intern. This role combines direct behavioral support with leadership mentorship tailored for aspiring clinical professionals.
As an intern, you will work with children experiencing developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Under the guidance of licensed Clinical Leaders, you will implement individualized treatment plans and gain firsthand leadership exposure in a structured environment. This program is designed to develop both your clinical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct ABA services based on individual treatment needs
• Collaborate with Clinical Leaders on client progress
• Engage in parent education alongside experienced clinicians
• Assist in monitoring session fidelity and documentation
