Responsibilities - Take ownership of writing deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices as outlined by the Technical Writing team - Follow and apply the style guide to all documentation - Complete assigned work in a timely manner and provide regular updates on progress - Seek and apply feedback to improve documentation quality - Prioritize tasks effectively and participate in team meetings - Demonstrate a positive attitude when working through challenges - Forge positive relationships within the team and across departments - In collaboration with the Taxonomy group, manage and improve Confluence organization and architecture, including tagging/labeling - Maintain pages in Technology and other designated spaces - Ensure Confluence spaces are regularly archived with tools or manual processes - Work closely with Taxonomy and Enterprise Services to optimize search and platform usage What we are looking for: - Strong command of written English, with the ability to write...
