About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Intern to join our team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation. This is a casual role located in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila. As the Front Desk Intern, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Managing the reception area and maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
• Providing information and assistance to residents and guests as required
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Adhering to all security and safety protocols
