Internet Installer/Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Install and configure internet connections such as fiber optic or cable lines at customer locations.
• Set up and test modems, routers, and other network devices.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Conduct site assessments to determine proper cable routing and equipment placement.
• Provide customers with basic instructions on device use and troubleshooting.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and staff to installation sites.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of tools and devices needed for daily operations.
