International Transformation PM – NPL Lifecycle

Copernicus Group in Madrid is seeking an International Business Process Analyst to support Operations and Transformation by analyzing, designing and improving end‑to‑end processes across geographies, with a strong focus on Italy and France.

The role acts as a bridge between Operations, Servicing, IT/Data and Management, ensuring processes and reporting are scalable, efficient and aligned with the NPL business model.
