International CX Consultant (DACH) - HR Software & Advisory

Sd Worx, located in Málaga, is looking for a customer support representative to assist international customers in the DACH region. In this role, you will help answer questions about our Protime software and consult on optimizing its use.

The ideal candidate will build trustful relationships with customers, gaining insights into their needs while developing knowledge of our applications.
