We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service / Logistics team (remote / hybrid). You will be the main point of contact for our international customers and partners across Europe, coordinating palletized freight consignments and ensuring excellent service from start to finish.

- Manage customer orders and transport requests
- Coordinate international palletized consignments and delivery schedules
- Provide proactive updates on shipment status, delays or incidents
- Handle complaints and delivery issues professionally
- Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams
- Maintain and update customer data in our CRM
