Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted annual recruitment strategy for East Africa focused on fee-paying students
- Own and manage the full admissions pipeline from initial outreach through to enrollment confirmation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international school counselors, administrators, and parent communities
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events including school fairs, visits, and virtual engagement sessions
- Use CRM systems to manage applicant records, track pipeline health, and produce regular reporting
