***What You'll Be Doing**:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills and team fit
- Source passive talent using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern platforms
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve speed, quality, and experience
***What You Bring**:
- 2-3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (in-house or agency)
- Proven ability to assess technical talent across engineering, data, or product domains
- Strong organizational and communication skills—verbal, written, and async
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar
