Internal Sales (Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with product knowledge, pricing, and order processing.
• Order Processing: Manage the order fulfilment process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring that customer expectations are met.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
• Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and production teams to align sales efforts with product development and availability.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Certification would be advantageous
