Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries from customers and distributors
- Prepare and send accurate quotations for tyre products and related services
- Process sales orders on the system and ensure correct pricing and details
- Monitor stock availability and confirm product lead times with production/warehouse
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support
- Follow up on quotes, pending orders, backorders, and customer requests
- Assist external sales representatives with admin support and customer coordination
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty‑related queries professionally
