Internal Recruitment Consultant

This Internal Recruitment position supports the achievement of driver fleet staffing objectives by providing support and administrative services through all aspects of attracting, recruiting, selecting and inducting job candidates, while providing support and input to improvement projects.

Critical Accountabilities & Outcomes (key outputs or results required from the role)

1. Sourcing

• Work with business leaders and the Fleet Sourcing Manager across all aspects of recruitment for drivers and/or vehicle types, including:
  • Adhering to recruitment process and utilising relevant technology, including the Applicant Tracking System
  • Post vacancies through various recruitment platforms and manage all applications received from candidates in a timely manner.
  • Shortlist, screen and interview applicants to explain the opportunity to the candidate and determine suitability to the position.
