• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production, cycle times, and customer communication.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and recommend repairs, ensuring safety and reliability of returned vehicles.
• Document all work performed on the vehicle repair order following OEM standards and ensuring warranty payment.
