The role contributes to business continuity through proactive vendor management, compliance with company standards, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Procurement Coordination

• Processes purchase requests and special project requirements, from canvassing and bidding to purchase order creation, goods receipt, and liquidation of advances.
• Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all procurement activities.

Vendor Management

• Conducts supplier sourcing, accreditation, and evaluation to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with FELCO standards.
• Performs site inspections when necessary to validate supplier capabilities.
