Internal Creative Agency Production Design Lead

**About the Role**



We’re looking for a highly skilled **Production Design Lead** to join our in-house creative agency. This is a pivotal role responsible for executing and maintaining high-quality visual designs across a wide range of digital and print deliverables. You’ll lead a team of production designers, working closely with creatives, marketers, and developers to ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and pixel-perfect execution.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Lead and manage the production design function within the in-house agency

+ Own the execution and adaptation of creative concepts across digital and print formats including email and marketing collateral

+ Maintain and evolve component libraries, templates, and design systems within Figma
