Job Description

Join our team as an Internal Controls Coordinator reporting to the Internal Controls Manager and supporting Mondelēz European markets, where you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening the control environment across our European operations.

How you will contribute

• Internal Control Projects – Remediations, redesign and deep dives: Contribute to the end‑to‑end execution of advisory reviews, remediation and improvement projects. Independently execute the tasks and areas of responsibility assigned, and help define the action plan for remediation and sustainment.
• Risk Assessment & Advisory: Help the Internal Controls team and business stakeholders identify control gaps and risk areas. Design and implement pragmatic solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, acting as risk advisor to the business.
