• Develop, plan, and execute internal communications to foster employee engagement and a transparent culture.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, handling daily tasks and contributing to long‑term projects.
• Update and maintain local HR documentation (internal regulations, policies, procedures, employee files).
• Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Define and use media and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to carry out various projects and assignments.

• Active student with at least one year remaining to complete a degree.
• Education: Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a creative degree (Communications or Advertising).
