What you will be doing

• Develop and maintain the content strategy for Epicor's intranet, EpicNet, and employee social network, Viva Engage, ensuring engaging and relevant communication.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create and share stories that strengthen employee connection to Epicor's mission and values.
• Analyze and improve internal processes and procedures, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize for business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on communication and employee experience trends, recommending metrics and strategies that align with business goals.
• Support the global employee experience strategy by participating in and promoting culturally specific engagement programs worldwide.
• Design visually appealing communication assets using Canva, ensuring alignment with Epicor's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
