Internal Auditor

Sandvik Mining is looking for an Internal Auditor to join our Group Internal Audit (GIA) team. This role provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Sandvik’s governance, risk management, and internal control framework.

• Audit Delivery and Execution – Lead and execute internal audit engagements in line with the GIA audit methodology, including planning, fieldwork, evaluation, reporting, and follow‑up of management actions. Perform risk assessments at engagement level to ensure audit scope focuses on key risks and controls. Obtain, analyze, and document sufficient, reliable, and relevant audit evidence to support audit conclusions. Validate audit observations and root causes with management and ensure fact‑based, balanced reporting with value‑added recommendations.
