Internal Audit Manager: Risk & Controls Leader

Asia Affinity Property Management, Inc. is seeking an Internal Audit Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for leading risk-based audits of the company’s financial, operational, and compliance processes, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in internal or external audits, especially in property management, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
