Lead and supervise staff on audit engagements; Provide technical advice by interpreting and applying functional philosophies, principles, and policies in implementing parts of or major Corporate Audit Processes pertaining to Assurance Services on Governance, Risk Management, & Internal Control and Consulting & other Specialized Audit Services.
Job Description:
- Periodically assess the performance of staff under her/his supervision
- Understand the Company’s business sufficiently in order to carry out assigned audit and non-audit tasks in an effective manner.
- Understand the objectives and scope of assigned audit engagements
- Manage preliminary assessments on assigned audit engagements
- Identify and understand the risks and key controls for the area or scope under audit
- Review the Risk and Control Mapping
- Manage the audit work program.
