**Internal Audit & Compliance Analyst**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advance English (C1-C2)
- Experience in Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC) programs and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
- Accounting or auditing experience is desirable
- Availability to travel to USA
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control environment, focusing on Sarbanes Oxley, and compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Investigate potential violations and support remediation efforts.
- Document financial and operational processes, including the relevant risks and controls.
