Responsibilities
- Meet managers to identify the profile of the desired candidates (needs analysis);
- Use strategies to search for the best talent using social media: LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Analyze the CVs received;
- Represent the company at job fairs;
- Carry out telephone pre‑selections (internal and external);
- Coordinate and organize interviews (internal and external) virtual or in person;
- Be a stakeholder in interviews with managers and play an advisory role;
- Prepare offer and transfer letters;
- Keep our ATS system up to date;
- Follow up on candidates for hiring formalities (consent forms, diplomas, etc.);
- May be called upon to participate in other one‑off projects related to strategic plans to improve our talent acquisition processes.
