Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with integrating one or more subsystems used for naval communications.
• Create conceptual designs that are innovative, scalable, and adaptive.
• Develop systems requirements and systems architectures.
• Develop technical specifications for suppliers and subcontractors and provide technical evaluation of supplier and subcontractor deliverables.
• Analyze designs and evaluate system performance.
• Prepare and present design recommendations and engineering change requests.
• Work hands‑on with equipment and software in a laboratory or development environment to develop and document subsystem equipment configurations.
