What you’ll do
- Maintain a high level of solution performance.
- Deal with applications on the database level.
- Handle customer requests via the ticketing system.
- Assist customers with incident resolution, tasks, and provide problem diagnostics.
- Collect, prepare, and cleanse incident history data utilizing provided instructions.
- Study the systems implemented in our customers' projects.
What we need
- Completed higher education (preferably in IT, Programming, Computing, Math).
- B2+ English language level.
- Located in Cebu or ready to work from an office in Cebu.
- Ready to work with technical cases/issues.
- A fast learner, organized team player.
- Able to search and analyze information.
- Responsible, polite personality with good communication skills.
- Can explain complex things clearly and simply.
