Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce professional to support platform development and continuous enhancements while troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure business continuity. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions, validate functionality through testing, and continuously improve system reliability and performance.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability and minimize business disruption

Support Salesforce development initiatives, including configuration, customization, and integration activities

Partner closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver customer-focused solutions
