Job Description:
- Monitor and coordinate import ocean freight movements
- Prepare documentations for customer
- Coordinate supplier invoices
- Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards
- Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs
- Liaising with supplier – shipping line, agent, warehouse, and transporter for ocean freight movements.
- Monitor internal data & system compliance
- Handle K4 import manifest submission to local custom
