Job Responsibilities
- Support in the analysis, design, and development of learning and development (L&D) programmes.
- Assist in the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of L&D initiatives and training programmes.
- Assist in the development, administration, and deployment of e-learning content through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Prepare training-related reports, learning analytics, and programme documentation.
- Coordinate training logistics and provide administrative support for learning activities, workshops, and events.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and participants to ensure the smooth delivery of learning programmes.
- Provide general support for ad hoc L&D projects and initiatives as required.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
