As an Intern Learning & Development, you and your team will be jointly responsible for establishing and continuously developing the Learning & Development department. As an integral team member, you will bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table, with the opportunity to actively implement them in a dynamic environment. You will be given the freedom to act creatively and have plenty of room for personal growth. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. Our preferred start date is August 1, 2026. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Actively further develop the Learning & Development division at Westwing by driving current initiatives forward and contributing new ideas

Support project work and take autonomous ownership of projects (, optimizing our Mentoring Program, our Key Talent Program, or internal Insight Sessions)
