Job Description

• Process Flow : Learn to analyze and optimize the wafer sort, final test, and backend processes in semiconductor production.
• Factory Layout (AutoCAD) : Learn to design and improve factory floor layouts using AutoCAD for efficient space utilization and equipment placement.
• Time Study : Learn to conduct time studies for final test and backend operations, using Excel to analyze data and identify efficiency improvements.
• Exposure to Equipment : Gain hands‑on learning experience with semiconductor testing, handling, and backend packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing / Process/ Mechanical/Electronis Engineering.
• Knowledge in Excel and Autocad is an added advantage.
• Preferably available for a 4- to 6-month placement, commencing Aug 26.
• Please state your internship period in your application.
